This company is horrible. Every time I talk to the property manager, Burlin, he tells me something different. This is not only an issue for me, but others in our community in Yukon, OK. The biggest lie was being told they don’t do 12-month leases, but after they went $200 after 2 6-month lease renewals, they now can do 12-month leases. How convenient for them to lock us in for a longer period of time after they’ve achieved their desired rental amount? Was charged full paint for the home after I purposely didn’t hang items up knowing they would try and charge me for them. ARG/Jessica (the property manager for the division of Springhill,KS) also chose a “contractor” who has no information online and can not be contacted, who “conveniently” needed to fully repaint the entire home including closets. I am currently fighting this as I have seen this issue arise with other tenants. Be aware if you rent from them in the Springhill, KS location.

ARG charges tenants based on the terms of the lease, which both parties agreed to, at move in. Further, we include a copy of the move out inspection with photos, receipts and/or invoices from vendors, and a full accounting of any funds deducted from the security deposit. Lastly, we provide each tenant with a move out instruction document, at the time of notice, which outlines common tenant charges. This is an effort to provide full transparency and give tenants an opportunity to rectify any issues prior to move out.
One of the best property managements we've had. There have been a few issues since we moved in (nothing major) and when we submit a maintenance request, ARG has been on it right away and ensured that someone comes out ASAP to get the problems fixed.

Smooth application process and is easy to maneuver. My property manager was available to answer my questions and very responsive. The income verification process was simple and streamlined. The home we are moving into is new so should be easy to inspect and move in. I was not disappointed.
I went onto livearg.com website and filled out an application. I wasn't able to submit the application without entering my social security number. I called ARG and spoke with Jessica asking her if she could complete the application on her end. She asked me what was the problem. I explained that I need her help with finishing up the application without entering my social security. Charged me $2000 for "paint" after returning a the rental property in the exact same condition it was in when I got it. Tried to gouge me for removing a security system that was installed prior to me ever moving in either by the company or the previous tenant, either way, not me. Scum company. Maintenance guys are cool though.
