I'm a contractor, myself, so I have perspective on this. Communication needs improvement. Unanswered texts to Ruben for weeks at a time. One example of that was no explanation of how my city's HVAC permits/inspections are handled. When I texted Ruben asking when he was going to schedule his inspection, I got no reply. In most jurisdictions, the HVAC contractor pulls the permit and schedules inspections, but here it is part of the larger basement finishing permit, as I found out.
