Terrible shopping experience. I would never shop at this store again. I was looking for a Swarovski gift, and a sales assistant asked if I needed help. I told her I was looking for a gift, and she suggested some items that were on sale. As soon as I completed the purchase, I noticed that the item was not Swarovski. DO NOT BUY ANY SWAROVSKI FROM HERE!!! ONLY BUY FROM ACTUAL SWAROVSKI STORES! On Christmas Eve, i bought a Swarovski pen as a gift, and the lady who served me proceeded to “clean off the price tag glue” with methylated spirit. The smell of it was so strong, it was obvious what she used. She packed it into the pen bag, into its box, and into the Swarovski bag (no beautiful ribbon as is known for Swarovski stores) and handed me the bag. Don’t go to this place. The worst jewelry store I’ve ever been to. The staff is so rude. The shop made a mistake and wont even do refund because of their ridiculous ‘no refund policy’. Strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this place.
