I am amazed that they have as many 5 star reviews as they have. I have closed on property transactions many times with different closing attorneys. I understand that sometimes things do not go as planned. Sometime unforeseen surprises may push a closing later than the original date. I am ok with that. The communication and customer service from Arey & Cross does not warrant a 4 or 5 star. They also made several mistakes that I had to bring to their attention. I highly recommend Arey & Cross to everyone. I had to probate my late husband’s will and Mr. Carswell handled everything in an efficient and timely manner. I was always told that probating a will takes over a year to complete but that is not the case. He was so patient with me and made sure all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I used them to help file for bankruptcy years ago. I was nervous and scared going into the court to decide if I was able to file and america's husband was there to represent me, I have anxiety and started to cry because I was having an anxiety attack and he scolded me telling me he survived cancer this was nothing to cry about and made me even more anxious.
