I would strongly recommend steering away from working with Areti. After beginning a project with them, their original quoted cost to construct more than doubled after making relatively insignificant changes to the proposed design (same square footage). We decided to find another builder and Areti agreed to return the remainder of our deposit. Had roof put on about 2 yrs ago it's now leaking for the second time. I have called them with no return call. I will call them 1 more time and if I get no response I will then talk with BBB and see where that leads.
Shortly after moving to Ithaca we hired Areti to remodel our kitchen and help install new flooring. They were great to work with; highly responsive and professional in every way. We encountered some delays from suppliers and Areti went above and beyond to work with us around these unexpected hiccups and complete the job. The workmanship was top notch and we are very satisfied. We would definitely work with Areti again in the future.
