This dude got me jacked its a great atmosphere and a great place to lift and hit
This is one of the best lifting gyms out there. Great environment with great coaching. Vastly improved all of my lifts and helped me get rid of some pain in my hamstrings. Working out with him made me not fit in any of my old pants. Be prepared to work hard and you will succeed in this system.
