I am always please with my pool services! I’m so thankful to have found a company that listens and answers questions when I have them. They even went as far as to offer advice to a family members pool concerns. They are extremely knowledgeable in all things pool! Can’t wait for the warm weather and another pool season!

Melissa and crew at Arete Pool came to the rescue when I had a plumbing issue with my Pentair MasterTemp 125 pool heater. They showed up within 24-36 hours and got my above ground pool system started and heated again! Please bear in mind this was early May so I might have gotten lucky before the pool opening season. They also provided advice on upgrading to a larger pool pump which I've already paid for parts and labor. I'm looking forward to many more services with Melissa and Team at Arete Pool Service. Acrete pool was suppose to open my pool on 5/23/25 at 1030am never heard anything from anyone till I message the confirmation line for my appointment and Melissa message me several hours after my appt, at 218pm I got a message from Melissa saying they were behind because of weather and that they had four pools left before doing mine. Please take this warning seriously. We have been battling this company all summer. After missing so many weekly visits, we still never asked for any sort of reimbursement. Our pool is destroyed. They are holding items that we paid in full for, salt cell, cover and more. They will now not respond at all. I was trying to use small business, I own a small business.
