We feel the quality has really gone into the overall build. We were able to see the process from foundation to finish and noted quality at every turn. The styling of the house is exceptional, and we had excellent design guidance from Arete Homes along the way for every decision we had to make. There are thousands of decisions to make during the construction of a home, and we could not be involved in all of them. Thanks to Arete Homes, I am now enjoying the home of my dreams in Santa Fe. I had visited the Villas di Toscana neighborhood several times in recent years, but the time was finally right for me to seriously consider a new home in this beautiful community.
