So lovely, empathetic, and educated. Office is super clean. This is the best family practice l've been to. The team is extremely helpful, and I couldn't be more grateful to have such an amazing physician, Dr. Rosina Chen.
I’ e been going for years. The only reason why I didn’t give this a one star is because the doctor is amazing. She’s patient and genuinely cared. The front staff, especially the office manager, is the only reason for the poor rating. The office made an error when we requested records and she refused to own up to it and then charged us twice for the same thing. The miscommunication, unfortunately, stemmed from her English capabilities and we didn’t want to be unkind and say it to her face so here we are.
