I am now a repeat customer, and for this interaction they “freshened” whatever amazing finish they applied to my Escalade and then had them provide a “full treatment” to my wife’s Lexus ES. What prompted me to provide a review, beyond being absolutely satisfied with Arete is my wife’s comment a few days after we got the Lexus back. Sent a picture of the damage to 2 places for quotes: (1) a body shop that quoted me $1600, (2) Arete, who said come on in and we'll see if we can just buff it out. SO glad I went with options 2! Recently my lovely husky got into something he shouldn't have and had explosive liquid poo all over the interior of my truck. It was rough almost thought about throwing the truck out. Called a few other shops and they refused to tackle biohazard. Mind you this was my work truck so the most she ever got was a vacuuming now and then and a dash wipe down. Huge shoutout to Arete Auto Salon for absolutely crushing it on my 2024 Ford Raptor. They did a ceramic coating, paint correction, and full interior detail, and the truck honestly looks better than the day I drove it off the lot. The paint is insanely glossy and smooth, the ceramic coating pops in the sunlight, and every little imperfection I noticed before is gone.
