Unbelievable that there is a busines around that has the highest of high standards! LOVE LOVE LOVE JON, Graham and Colton . I am a REALLY HARD PERSON TO PLEASE.. and these guys went over the top! I can’t say enough about how good they are. From the friendly interaction, amazingly detailed work, to the sweet doggo in the office. 5-stars all around. Support local quality work. I just got ceramic coated and even driving around in the salty, slushy mess the car is shockingly clean. Thanks Areté. (Did I get the accent right on the final e?)
I’ve had three cars completely covered in PPF in the Rochester area, this is by far the best installer I’ve ever dealt with. The attention to detail and the unwillingness to settle for the mediocre really makes them stand out above anybody else in WNY. Matte film can be tricky, because you’ll see shine around gaps and edges… but the team here just did above and beyond what I expected. Killer install! The very best!
I had never had my car detailed and the best decision I made was to go through Arete Auto Salon for my car detailing. I chose the interior car detail in the middle of winter but they did amazing work. The staff were very professional, friendly/polite, explained what was to be completed or answered any questions I had. They even have a waiting area in case you need to stay and do some work (like I needed to). Overall very pleased, 10/10 would recommend!
