Arete is a wonderful place to start my day! I started there a year ago, and truly appreciate the amazing coaches and super supportive fitness community! I was never really a gym person, but after have two kids I was ready for a change, I am so glad I carved out an hour of 'me' time in the mornings.
Being a senior citizen it’s hard to find a gym that makes you feel like you belong. Arete has done that for me. Sean and all of the coaches are so encouraging and helpful. Working out can be a struggle and not much fun at times. I can honestly say I enjoy the classes and the other members. I may not show it but it’s true.
