My husband has been training here for years, but I joined him for the first time at a weekend workshop. Everyone was welcoming and supportive. The instructor was knowledgeable, patient, and great at breaking things down for my beginner level while still challenging the more advanced students. The environment was friendly and encouraging. Whether you're experienced or trying for the first time, this gym is an excellent choice. Highly recommend

Our 5 year old son has always been a superhero fanatic. Practicing "Spiderman" moves, and pretending to fight people on the TV. Figured this might be the perfect outlet for him and we were right. He's absolutely loving his jiu jistu class and looks forward to it every day. My son is pretty shy, and on the first day the owner, Justin, & Coach Richard were very kind in helping him ease into the class, working with him & his limits to where he finally felt comfortable 2 days later and jumped right in for the entire class. I couldn’t be happier with these guys. I joined 4 weeks ago and I have no experience and these instructors took me under their wing. The environment is very friendly and laid back. I highly recommend Rogue Jiu Jitsu!
