The wife is the HR manager, she is never in the office, Doctor lacks mutual respect for his staff with no accountability of their actions, He uses aggressive/offensive communication and states insults/demeaning labels toward staff, asking questions like "Are you F(cussword) stupid?" as a way of counseling.
