I lived here for 2 years. First day it seemed great. We had a nice apartment. The actual apartment was fine. Morning after moving in we learned we had crazy neighbors upstairs. Almost 24 hours a day they were pounding, jumping, and screaming. I had made multiple complaints and nothing was done. I even sent tons of videos. My pictures would fall off walls, plants would get knocked over on shelves and our cabinet with our drinking glasses collapsed from the pounding. I had an excellent experience with Christie Petersen of Arendal Apartments. We were relocating from California to Washington and considering a couple of different areas to live. I had a lot of questions and Christie took the time to answer my questions, Her follow through was on point. I appreciate her professionalism and would highly recommend her and Arendal Apartments!
The place it's ok, the problem has to do with it's construction. Thin walls, no elevators and the framing is made out of metal studs. Oh! Don't bring any type of grills, all banned. Don't get me started on pets, this would bring it to 2 stars.
