I had a good experience for most of my time here and always paid my bills on time. We even covered a $3k bill for a damaged shower when my wife fell and cracked the tub (heads up, they refinish the tubs so they can be very slick). However, upon moveout I was charged for damages. I get how it works, so I'm not going to dispute these. However, I never recieved the notice in the mail and was subsequently sent to collections and have to deal with that mess 6 months later. Would have been happy to make the payment!

Arendal is great place to live. We have 2 bedroom 1 bath and believe rental price is a little higher than average for the area, but the benefits do outweigh the very small cost increase. Those benefits include an incredible and responsive onsite management and maintenance staff. The management staff not only keep us informed on what is going on in the community but also provide ways for tenants to connect socially with the small celebrations and Saturday Brunches which include variety of donuts, bagels, fruit, snacks and jui... read more
