Ever since joining Arena Fitness in January, it’s taken going to gym from being a chore to something I’m actually excited to do! Fantastic staff, Sam the owner is very welcoming and offer a wide range of classes throughout the week - with no extra costs. Would highly recommend this gym if you’re looking for a friendly atmosphere, great classes from hyrox - ab & flow or even if wanting to do your own work out.
Great gym. Recently refurbished and extended with plenty of good quality equipment. It has a really friendly atmosphere, good music and the trainers I've worked with have been excellent. Much better quality gym than others at the same price point.
ArenaFit is a gym that is also a family. All the staff, including the owner, are brilliant: Always happy to help you to succeed, and always great you when you enter and exit the gym. I regularly attend the Hyrox classes and they are fantastic. Each week is switched up so no class is the same. Highly recommended this gym!
ArenaFit is a hidden gem sandwiched between the villages of Odiham, Hook and Church Crookham/Crondall. The gym caters for all lifter types, including absolute beginners to more experienced athletes/bodybuilders. Ego’s are left at the door when you enter and everyone is polite and looks out for each other which is not something you see at big commercial gyms.
