They are real nice and friendly and very concerned when it comes to your fur babies.
It was an enjoyable experience to take my wife's cat in for his vaccinations. Birdy was scared and crying through the whole thing. And even though they were very busy doing surgeries that day and they didn't have an open room....they didn't make him wait. For that simple adjustment,I'm grateful. They asked me if I minded just waiting on the lobby. It worked out just fine. The young tech was courteous and efficient. My wife and I have been coming here 20yrs or so now.
