AMAZING! Sam was beyond helpful! Kids all had the times of their lives! We would come again!
I genuinely don’t understand the positive reviews because our experience was terrible from start to finish. First, the facility was dirty and unsafe. There were things like exposed metal studs on the walls and sheet metal mosaic walls. If you’re charging premium prices for a family entertainment venue, basic cleanliness shouldn’t be optional. I would leave a zero star if I could. In the middle of July they did not turn the "air" (just fans really) on until we got there at the 30 minutes early time. It was so miserably hot I was afraid someone might get sick or pass out! The facility was so dirty and the bathrooms even have signs saying not to flush toilet paper! The party room was so dirty, even hotter than the main area, and covered with cords and hoses for swamp coolers that weren't even working. Get ready for a whole lot of nothing if you throw a party here. The AC isn’t working, they charge extra for the adults to play but encourage the kids to pull the adults on the floor to play against them. Theres only 1 person running the show so it’s a full time job for the adults attending the party to help with jammed guns and to help with reload.
not a good experience. There was no air conditioning. The nerf guns kept jamming. It was a full time job helping the kids fix the guns.
