I purchased tickets for the Dwight Yoakam concert for my mother and brother, the best available seats at the time and the most expensive. The sound in their seating area was pathetic and they could not understand any songs. People in their section left. Dwight Yoakum's performance was tops but the sound system in their section ruined the concert for them.
