El concierto de Víctor Manuel y Rubén Blades estaba programado para las 7:00pm. Son las 8:30 y aún no empieza. Es una falta de respeto para con el público! De paso, mi silla (10Q12) esta rota. No ha empezado el concierto y ya es inolvidable, pero por las razones equivocadas.

Doors open 7pm. That does not mean artists are on stage while patrons are coming in the door. All concerts start sometime after 8pm depending on the artist and their management. If your chair was broken we apologize. We have staff and ushers readily available to make any necessary accommodations to our guests. We recommend our patrons voice their needs or concerns immediately while present during a show.
