This is a shame! If the ticket says 8pm, the show needs to start at 8pm REGARDLESS of how many people are seated. You can't change behaviors by doing the same thing you've always done! The only way to TEACH people to be on time it's to start on time. I guarantee when they start missing half the show, they'll start being on time.
The show was supposed to start at 8 pm. It was over an hour late.

I had tickets for tonight's performance of the Midtown Men at 8:30 pm but Will Call closed at 6:00 pm. There is nothing on their website or Facebook page whether I can no longer get the tickets so at least I don't make a trip for nothing. Very unprofessional.
