My favorite venue in Houston to listen to music - there are no bad seats. Also, the customer service is EXCEPTIONAL. I've been coming here for years, with no plans to stop!
Pros: Great view wherever you sit, decent ticket prices, convenient parking, and consistently books great artist throughout the year. I have a great time every time I come to the Arena. Cons: Some of the seats are broken/ contain loose cushions and the rows are a bit tight. I think that the security should work a little harder to keep random people from running onto the stage while the artist performs (which happens on numerous occasions) and in keeping people from standing in the middle of the isles while blocking people's ... read more
Always have a fun time, jus wish I can pick my own seats online due to physical conditions end seats are better for me.
I love attending shows at the Arena because of the seating set-up but it definitely needs to be upgraded. The seats are way too close together and everyone has to get up and out of the row to let others out. There is always at least one broken seat in a row. The seats are uncomfortable too. The intimate setting is the plus!
