I took our 10-year-old grandson here while he was visiting , and it was the perfect way to burn off some of his energy. He had been asking to go to an arcade, and I told him we really didn't have one around Snohomish, then I discovered Arena Sports Mill Creek! He absolutely loved it and spent hours playing the arcade games. The facility is huge, with something for everyone. This place has completely gone downhill. My kid really wanted to host a birthday party here. Their website was crashing when trying to book the party, so I tried calling both their corporate 206 number and the local 425 number for two days. Eventually I walked into Arena Sports Mill Creek, and I was shocked to see the phone was ringing but they chose to ignore it. This place deserves 0 stars. The customer service is terrible. The management does not know how to read and reply to an email in a prompt time. And there is staff there that has shown my family decrimination because of our LGBT family. I would not recommend this place.

My 3 year old and 9 year old were in the Lil Kickers and Skills Institute soccer programs here and the coaches and the programs were fantastic. The coaches had so much patience, were effective in teaching the kids soccer skills, and the kids had a great time. The environment was also comfortable for parents to relax and watch the kids play.
