Great experience at Arena Sports thanks to Leah (not sure of her role, but she was fantastic). She went out of her way to make sure our visit was smooth and fun, helped us navigate options without any pressure, and made sure the kids had a great time. Her customer service really stood out — friendly, helpful, and genuinely focused on making the experience positive. Definitely appreciated.
Clean facility with a good number of arcade machines, activities, soccer fields, rope activity. The food is good. Glad they have beer and wine. When not busy, easy parking. I wish they had outlets or USB outlets to charge phones. And maybe one day have options for unlimited but times arcade card/play options (like Dave & Busters)
Super fun place. Laser tag was a blast, minor golf was fun. Lots going on here. Plus they have indoor soccer games going on. We saw the Everett City play South Sound, super fun. Food was awesome, service was great. Advice when ordering food - sit at table, scan the code and order on your phone. Super awesome. Great service
