Best Experience in the City – This movie theater is extraordinary. The appearance of the lobby in a word is gorgeous, unusual, and classy. The theaters have a great picture, exceptional sound, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I love the reserved balcony seats and the food selection and full bar make it the best place to go in the city, possibly even the state. And this is a first...it is very clean! Best theater in Columbus – This is, by far, the best theater in Columbus. I read another review that said the seats are uncomfortable - what huh?? All seats are extra wide and very soft, giving it a very roomy feel. There is plenty of space between each row. The reserve balcony seats are great when you want to see a movie that promises to be sold out. You can purchase your tickets for the balcony ahead of time, and since the seats are reserved you don't have to get there early to stand in line for a good seat. The downtown l... read more
Seats uncomfortable! – This theater is good location because you can catch the sites of the city and the movie. The seating is only good if you can sit and the top and pay the additional fee. Theater should just have general seating and not additional charge for the balcony. Location better than the Lennox because less of a crowd and great parking!
Like no place else! – Where else can you view a film while enjoying great food, besides the usual popcorn and candy, adult beverage service, state of the art THX film presentation and a great atmosphere, without the usual "game room" antics? This is the place to have a first rate film going experience without the hassle...easy parking, dedicated customer service, good movie selection...why go anywhere else? And add the availability of reserved balcony seating so you're not "sold out" of a new opening!
It's really GRAND! – The Arena Grand is a unique movie-going experience. It is an upscale multiplex with comfortable seating and adult beverages available.The parking is convenient and it's not in a mall. The movie choices are also designed for discerning adults--no brainless action or scatalogical comedies--just good movies. The only drawback is the price, which is a little higher than the suburban theatres. The other advantage? It's close to several excellent restaurants.
Best Palce to See a Movie – Excellant place to see a movie. Convenient parking in the Garage is only $1.00. Overall pleasant experience and you can avoid all of the teens and screaming kids. Pay the extra for the reserve seats. You don't have to worry about getting there late and not finding a seat.
