My entire life I have been going to LA Fitnesses and 24 Hours of the world, creating my own workouts and getting decent results. It’s been almost a year now, since I first walked into Arena Fitness, looking for the, “Right Gym” to join... One of the Best decisions I ever made! Their classes are challenging and fun and the camaraderie is an additional bonus. I’m happy to say that after this period of continuous training and support by Arena’s team including nutritional and physical fitness coaches, I dropped 20 pounds, reduced my cholesterol, gained strength, and an abundance of energy. Arena Fitness is an awesome community dedicated to creating a fun and challenging environment. The staff are very supporting and welcoming. This place was exactly what I was looking for as opposed to the big box gyms. I'd encourage anyone looking for a more focused group approach to training to give them a try, you won't regret it.
