I've been a member at a few gyms over the years, but this one is by far the best. From the moment I joined I felt supported and welcomed. I received a personalised training programme, and Blake, the instructor, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to demonstrate each exercise. Absolutely love it here! All the staff were so friendly when I enquired to join. Has all the equipment I need and doesn't get too busy, so lots of machines available. Highly recommend!
This gym is honestly such a hidden gem in West Auckland. It's got everything you need for a full-body workout, l all the machines and equipment work really well!!
