Not happy. Saw the dentist for a checkup and tooth pain. Wisdom tooth needed to be removed and needed X-rays. Got X-rays done elsewhere one day layer. The dentist said she’d call and let us know details…. After 4 days and no calls, we called and they still hadn’t looked. In this time the tooth then became infected and face swelling occurred. Finally 2 days later - almost a week since originally being seen - I then get told a specialist needs to take it out and here is a referral. Absolute BS. Got a second opinion around the ... read more
I booked in the kids to have an appointment. Appointment reminder for myself was confirmed twice for the time 1:40pm Saturday 12/7/25. Turned up early in case of paperwork and filled everything in again by 1:37pm Then waited in reception for 45 minutes past our appointment time. Guys my time is valuable too. If you’re running late or can’t make your own appointments then inform the customers. You basically wasted all our time and I should charge you a cancellation fee for my time wasted. Do better…. For one who suffers bad anxiety going to the dentist Dr Gurleen and Tav at Reception are the best dentist i have come across all my life i have been coming to this dentist for 6 months now only because of these 2 ladies they make me very calm and talk me through everything and they are so warm loving and gentle i will recommend them to anyone who is scared of the dentist as i am, or should say WAS scared of the dentist they make each visit very calm for me and i couldn’t ask for more from a dentist
