There is something mesmerizing about the way foam expands and fills every little crevice. My foam guys dont seem to be as mesmerized as I am as they are banging 80s glam rock on their boom box which they probably can’t even hear over their own sprayers.
If you build it hopefully they will sit out there. People don’t usually understand the work and material that goes into building a front porch. This porch in New Canaan has approx. 550 sqft of Bluestone and 700sqft of copper roofing. Still to come is the cedar/shiplap ceiling, numerous column posts, and all the finished lighting including propane gas fired lanterns.
This drone video is Part 2 of a 3 video progress timeline of the development of the site at our New Canaan new construction. The original back yard sloped down 9 feet.
