This is by far one of the most disorganized medical practices I’ve dealt with. I hadn’t been seen in months, received no follow-up outreach, and then had a refill that was already communicated as approved suddenly canceled at the last minute. There is zero continuity of care and no clear communication. Patients are expected to chase their own care while the office fails to manage even basic responsibilities. Completely unprofessional. 10/10 DO NOT recommend.

I had a great experience at Arena Care. Dr. V is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to truly listen and provide the best care possible. The entire team is outstanding, especially Iffah and Victor, who are incredibly professional, caring, and attentive. They made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit. Highly recommend it!

I genuinely had such a great experience at Arena Care. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were so friendly, welcoming, and actually helpful (which, let’s be honest, is not always a given). Everything was clear, smooth, and just… easy. The nurses were incredible—so reassuring, kind, and just had that energy that makes you instantly feel like you’re in good hands. I had to get bloodwork done, and I’m notoriously a hard and very nervous stick (it’s usually a whole thing). But Iffa? Unreal. Got it on the first try... read more
