Wedding Dresses I was very pleased using Arena Bridal to purchase my wedding dress for my August 2004 wedding. They run specials every month "designer of the month" where you can get 10% off any dress by that designer. I ended up getting a Maggie Sottero...I called around all over and this was the best price. Alterations are also included in the price, and they have late hours certain days of the week, and are open on weekends.
I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THEM! I don't know how anyone could say anything bad about this place. They are the oldest bridal salon in Michingan, that should tell you something- they know how to do business. Also I love how they are a family owned and run business. They appear to be an exclusive, very upscale operation, but deep down, they are a kind-hearted mom 'n pop kind of place. Arena Bridal - would not recommend Would NOT recommend getting Bridal Dresses from Arena. I had a horrible time with them. To make a long story short, most of my Bridesmaids and I had trouble with them and their alterations. I had to get an attorney involved for them to get answers because I wasn't getting anywhere with them. I HIGHLY recommend NOT going there.
AWFUL! DO NOT GO TO ARENA BRIDAL! I had a horrible experience with Arena Bridal. They DO NOT do alterations! Half of the staff that I communicated with were extremely rude. They are unorganized and tried to bill me for my dress twice. KEEP YOUR RECEIPT! When they gave me my bridesmaids dress it was terribly wrinkled. Aren't they supposed to steam it?
