3 stars cuz i have had a good experience here up until now, but today i came in and was told i was going to need to see an np downstairs for my re-check. that np was tiffany hilbun, and she turned me away because i was 30 minutes late. i was late due to a road closure and very heavy rain flooding the roads. still refused to see me. the waiting room was empty and the receptionist said that she’s particular about people not being past 20 minutes late, so it doesn’t seem like it was because she wasn’t available. well i’m also p... read more
He's a caring doctor and care about his patients but he has one or two selfish nurses.
I'm a RN with chronic back pain. I have severe endplate erosion on two vertebrae. I have a previous MRI that shows it, its actually stunning to look at. I had another MRI, the radiologist didn't note it. Rad's are a little good in a lot of areas, not great in any one area. I look for docs who know this and read the images for themselves. Unfortunately Dr. Tanious did not. He saw "disc bulge" and brushed off my pain. I asked him about the Intracept procedure for endplate erosion. He didn't know what it was.
