I adore my new NP Laura. I dont know her heart but she makes you feel "seen". She listens and has great eye contact. Her suggestions are very helpful.
The Doctors are always very nice and easy to talk to and to discuss your meds if need be Dr. Ann and Dr. Tanious are wonderful and exceptional Doctors.
I have been with Jefferson Neurology 26+ years. They have a super cordial staff, from the front office receptionist to the folks in lab testing, to the LPN assistant doing intake. The nurse practitioner, (Laura Boleware) is always accommodating and she goes the extra mile for me. Her bedside manner is very pleasant and she listens well. The staff are incredibly nice and caring individuals. Also I have never been there longer than an hour. Usally 30-40 minutes top. So there is never any spending all day at the doctor's office anymore!
