Never ever rent from these people they screwed us over its a very long story but please don't go with these people with maintnance they are crap and with new owners even worst don't ignore and regret later on
This is the worse rental company I ever rented with. If I could I wouldn't even leave 1 star. Their system of running their business is the worse I have seen in a while. Very unorganized and inconvenient.
Very unprofessional!melissa lied in front of her boss that she did not say we had to move out when our lease was up since they no longer do month to month.called a different day and the other lady said something different that I did not have to .manger asked that I went to point out who told me that and then says she would not say that!seriously !!!!!why would I go over there if I knew what I was told .ver upset about this whole situation never again will I rent from them and recommend anyone either .so much more to story it... read more
They don't even deserve one star. They never got back to us when we needed something, when we moved out we were charged $175 for them to mow the lawn and we did not even live there at the time! They are very rude also. By far the worst leasing company I have ever dealt with. Do not do business with these people!
I have rented with this company for 2 years. I have never experienced rude customer service outright - in fact, their only saving grace is that the women I have spoken with have been incredibly polite. However, that is not enough to make up for the fact that they never respond to problems that I have with the property. When we moved in, I had just delivered a baby (2 weeks before) and was never able to see the house before we had to pay for and pick up the keys.
