I would leave 0 stars if I could, it is impossible to get through to the doctor or anyone at this office to help you. I’ve been trying for a month to get my mom’s meds refilled and still nothing-no response. Switching her PCP asap. Do not go here.
Dr Christina Arellano is great. Started seeing her 5+ yrs ago and always had excellent experience. Every visit, Dr Arellano is attentive, inquisitive, detailed, takes initiative and ALWAYS asks what else she can answer for me even when I may be less forthcoming or am not taking my own concerns seriously. Overall- I feel safe and cared for by Dr Christina Arellano.
Wonderful doctor. She listens to you and explains and answers your questions. She's very attentive and when you find a doctor like this then you know that you are in good hands.
Rude, provides false information, stereotypes based on your chronic disease. Does not advocate for her patients. Her nurses are just as rude as she is. Wait time is longer than the 2 min visit you get with her. Which by the way consists of only asking a question and followed by her saying ok bye and walking out.
