Dr. Arekapudi is so great! Her bedside manner and thoroughness is much appreciated. I feel like she really listens to me. Definitely recommend her!
Dr. Vijay Arekapudi is one of the most unprofessional health "professionals" I have ever met. Her staff is not trained, make empty promises, and lie to you and to your insurance company. When you call to follow up, all you get is "sure we'll take care of that" and "yes, absolutely" and there is no follow-up or completion of anything. I question the validity of my test results, and I question the legitimacy of their profession and business. Terrible. I do not recommend either. Dr. Swathi Arekapudi nor her mother Vijay Arekapdui. I experienced scheduling, billing, and communications issues. It took me weeks to get test reults. When I had a question about a test I was prescribed I was told I had to come in for another visit (ie, pay $$$) for a test you already recommended and should have explained in detail at that time.
