Very poor experience. I met with Jan well in advance of tax season in order to make sure I had all the information to her that she would need. I am well aware that I have a very complex tax return however showed her previous years returns and asked for an estimate of approximately how much this year's return would cost. She indicated 500 to $600. I try to provide very organized information on a spreadsheet. When I picked up my return the bill was $880.
