Adam and crew were a great help. Just had a new AC unit installed last year through Affordable heating and cooling, started having issues with it after a storm came through. I called up Affordable multiple times and left a voicemail, waited for days and they never got back to me. I called Areguin this morning when they opened and they were at my house and ready to work by 2:30. Had me up and running within 45 minutes. Their work was much appreciated especially during a heat advisory. Thank you!!
Normally I don’t even say anything about businesses that I had poor service with but this is ridiculous and dont want anyone to go through this too. I highly DONT recommend using Areguin Heating and Cooling. We called and asked for a QUOTE. When they showed up a few days later (which we were understanding about the wait with it being summer and lots of units needing work) it was 2 guys. (Continuing off my wife’s review) and said we should just get a new unit because ours is old, said it was 2 centuries old. Even though when Cory bought the house, he paid for 3 inspections for the house and they told him it was 5 years old, so now it’s only 7 years old, so that’s not true. Even the guy who came, not last year but the year before, through the same company, said it was a fairly new unit and was in good shape. Their guys came out today and got our AC working fairly quickly and were friendly. 10/10 recommend!
