On a Sunday morning Zach from Areawide repaired the broken keypad lock on our beach rental condo. He was professional, knew exactly what was wrong and thanked us for the call. He never complained about climbing 4 sets of steps while the elevator was out of service. He represents his company exceptionally well.
Areawide regularly services my Kaba lock. In the past, they rekeyed locks. Service is friendly, responsive and reasonable.
Candra was willing and able to help me find the information I needed to get a duplicate key, which is more than anyone else had done including Ace Hardware. All I have to do now is use the information she provided. Very impressed with her professionalism and patience!
