On March 4, 2022 - I contacted AHS (American Home Shield Warranty) because my dryer drum wasn't turning and a "burning" smell was coming from the top rear of the dryer. I unplugged the unit & put in a service request for a tech. Initially AHS paired me with Albatross Appliance. I called them the early in the morning the same day & left a vm. by 3 pm I had called several times & still not able to reach anyone. Repaired our refrigerator on time through home warranty company, would use them again.
Terry arrived on time, notified me when he was on his way to my home to look at my oven. He was professional on the phone and in person. He quickly diagnosed my issue and scheduled a time to return with the part required to repair my oven. He arrived on time after notifying me when he was on his way. He repaird my oven with no mess, left the old part for my husband to see and was out the door in less than an hour. I only wish our warranty company utilized him for all of our service calls. I highly recommend this company.
DO NOT USE! I was introduced to them through my Home Owners Warranty- They came to my house to assess problems with my refrigerator. Upon arrival, 2 men came in with no masks, and did not appear to wash their hands or use hand sanitizer. Not a great first look during a pandemic. After inspecting the refrigerator, the repairman told me he would have the parts in 2-4 weeks. Seemed like a long time for a couple parts, but with delays due to the pandemic I was okay with that. Unfortunately, we didn't get to have an experience with them. They were supposed to come out twice. We adjusted our schedules to fit the times they said they were coming, and both times, it was a no call, no show. Very inconvenient, unprofessional and irresponsible
