Great communication with me. Easy scheduling. Showed up on time, was pleasant and cheerful. Worked hard the whole time and the 30 years of dirt on the living room carpet brought it back to it's original off white. AMAZING. He cleaned all the floors as well. Very reasonable price for the time he spent at our house. We were very pleased
