My daughter just closed on a house back in July. After closing she went to her house and the Air conditioning system was not working. Supposedly it was inspected and it was working. She called her realtor and said that she was told that they could not do anything cause the closing was final. This REAL BAD inspection caused her around $10,000 to replace the entire system. Be careful if you use them to do an inspection if you are buying a home.
