The worst Company to deal. Mr. Ott is not a nice and intelligent person. All prices he gave over the phone. He"s crew replaced two coils in walk in cooler and to the end of the work took can with left over freon. Also, they scratch out on the label amount what is The worst people the worst company ever deal so please watch out

Twas the night before Thanksgiving and all through the shop, not a sound was made not even a cop. The bagels were rolled by Pappy with care, soon the walkin died, causing a flare! Up on the ladder Steve slowly went, only to find a flame that was set with what looked like flint. Service has always been prompt and friendly. When they say they'll be there, they will. They thoroughly explain repairs and work done and are transparent with prices. Hands down the best company we've had to work with for any restaurant equipment repairs.
