In response to Ron M’s review of Area Wide Carpet Cleaning you are correct his real name is James his web site shows all kinds of people in a photo that he must have taken form someone else none of them work for Area Wide. And yes he is a convicted Felon. This I do know for a fact. Stay away form these people they will rob you blind...

You will be amazed by this service. – We had a toilet leak and overflow in the middle of the night recently. We called these guys, actually got someone on the phone and not a voice mail or answering service...amazing. They were here very quickly, had great attitudes and got things taken care of. It was a pain to go through it but they really helped out and made it as good as you could hope for. Strongly recommend them.

Best Carpet Cleaning! – Excellent job cleaning my living room carpet and area rug. This was no easy job, with pet stains and pet odors. Mr. Henry informs you every step of the way what he is doing and why it is a necessary step. I appreciate this information very much. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! – I scheduled an appt. with the owner in the beginning of the week to have them come out this Saturday @ 10a. I thought it was odd when I didn't get a courtesy reminder call, but I trusted the fact that they would show up. By Saturday noon time I'm still waiting for them to show.
