Unfortunately it's not good. The basement work was fair. The worse foundation wall was not made straight with the rim joist, but the follow-up and the cleanup was horrible. Everything was half done. The backfill was absolutely weed infested. They never came back to redo the settling of the backfill and the areas where they removed concrete was just left untouched. Jagged and gravelly. They also seemed to have unearthed a power cable. Hope that isn't being used. The green foam insulation is very unsightly too.
Absolutely awesome! The only one that would respond to my small job. We had some work to go through to get approval from the city and making changes, but they were so understanding and professional sticking with me and getting the job done on time and in the order I needed. They were the first step in my project and had to work between the rainy season. Kept in contact with me at every step of the way. They were awesome in doing everything we needed done before the next step could be done. Thank you so much!!!
