My mother discovered that all of her valuable belongings were stolen from her storage unit. Despite being a long-time customer, the employees have offered no assistance. It's incredibly disheartening, especially after paying for storage for so many years, only to find that anything of value is gone. I’ll provide an update if they make any effort to address or resolve the situation.
