They were really helpful with their service. I mean, they explained each step that they will apply to our rugs. After that, I decided to trust them and give them the largest area rug in my living room and the small ones in the other rooms. I think that's ok for now! I liked the results.
I called them and they arrived just when I needed. No prob, all well managed... I'm grateful and my carpets are clean...
