What a disappointment. This product costs three times as much as similar items, yet the quality is worse than knock-offs. It broke after ONE use. I reached out to support and was told that since it was “used,” they couldn’t help me. Of course I used it — how else would I know it’s defective? Absolute waste of time and money.

I had an issue with a defective product and reached out to customer service expecting a simple replacement. What I got was sarcasm, rudeness, and zero help. The representative even laughed at my concern and ended the chat abruptly. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect by a company before. If this is how they handle problems, I can’t imagine how they’ve stayed in business.

This company is nothing but smoke and mirrors. They advertise high-quality products, but what you get is something a dollar store would reject. On top of that, their customer service is nonexistent. I was passed around to four different reps, each more clueless than the last, and never got a resolution. I lost over $100 and all I got in return was frustration, wasted time, and a broken product. Avoid them like the plague.

This used to be a decent company. Now everything is overpriced, full of ads, and riddled with bugs. They don’t fix problems, they just try to charge more for broken features. Sad to see how far they've fallen. Pure greed.

The food was inedible. Undercooked meat, greasy fries, and a hair in my salad. I asked for a refund and was laughed at by the staff. Absolutely disgusting — both the food and the attitude. Shut this place down.
