About two weeks ago, area plumbing sent a guy out to repair a drainage problem from the bathtub in the apartment that I rent out. They gave me a written quote for $225. They needed to access the business on the first floor. The plumber told me he could not get in the door. Apparently, he was trying to get in, the wrong door. They answered every single question that I had and did not rush me or rush themselves when they came to look at the job and give me an estimate.
