The ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! I moved from Nashville and had to find a new salon, and I can honestly say that the attention to detail, customer service, and overall experience at Area (especially with Jazmon Miller) is unmatched. I scheduled an appointment the night before for 7:20 am, but the next morning I noticed their posted Google hours showed they open at 10 AM. I called five times to confirm they were open, but no one answered. I didn't receive a call back until after my appointment time had passed, and I was still charged. When I finally spoke to someone, I was met with extremely unprofessional behavior—they actually cursed me out. Jazz did a phenomenal job on my wax and she was very kind and patient, as I was a little late for my appointment. 10 out of 10 service and customer service!
I came here a few days ago for a brazillian and there was wax and blood marks left behind, As well as not all the hair being removed. I was not really cleaned up at all and there seemed to be a rush to get in the next client. Im really unhappy and was shocked when I saw that when I got home. Really disappointed in the service I received ive been here before and this hasnt happened to me. I would prefer to be contacted for a refund and would not recommend services here due to the treatment I just received
