Another bad encounter with AREA IRON. These people wouldn't recognize customer service if it smacked them in the face with a fish! They are constantly confrontational, argumentative, unwelcoming, slow. Today I got a rude little head nod as opposed to the "may I help you sir" of RAM steel. They are constantly hindered by internal squabling between employees. Their prevailing attitude is that they are doing you a favor. Best iron and Ram are very friendy and much closer.
