I had the opportunity to work with Chris Lewis. Chris was a great help. He worked around the clock to get me the loan I needed to get in my house. He even got it done faster than expected since the closing came two weeks early, so I do recommend sing him.
I was unsure of what to expect as a first-time home buyer, but Clay Donaldson made the process simple and answered every question I had. I'll definitely be recommending him to anyone I know looking for their first home!
Everything went so smoothly and flawlessly from start to finish (from my end as the seller) on the transaction last week. I was a little leery of doing the FSBO route as the seller with a financed deal but you made the process incredibly easy.
