Visited in the beginning of the year for a septum piercing, the artist accidentally clipped the cartilage and after a week the jewelry was rotating and not healing. The artist removed the jewelry and recommended waiting a few weeks. I went in for a 2nd visit and was told there was too much scar tissue so we rescheduled another 3 months out. Jared and his team are the best of the best! Such a clean and cool vibe shop, with professionalism, and the best customer service. There is no where else I’d trust for mine and my teen’s piercings!
Absolutely love the customer service here! I went in today for a navel jewelry changing, and was told that I got a piercing which was messed up bad. It was then explained to me the flaws with the navel piercing I received by “High Priestess” piercing and tattoo shop. I got the whole run down by the amazing piercer “Jared”, and was offered a free pricing on his behalf.
